Al Hamoor Indian Restaurant in Al ‘Ikkamiyah, Fujairah, offers a casual dining experience centered around authentic Kerala-style Indian seafood and traditional dishes. The setting is intimate and unpretentious, with a welcoming courtyard that feels like a quiet refuge from the city buzz. Its outdoor seating, shaded and cozy, is well suited for relaxed lunches or early dinners, especially on cooler evenings.

This spot is best known for its fresh sea fish preparations, including sea bream and sea bass, which diners can request to be cooked to their preferred spice level. The kitchen also excels at grilled seafood—shrimp, fish, and other local catches—carrying the flavors of Kerala's coastal cuisine with subtle spices and grilling techniques that highlight freshness over heavy sauces. Meat dishes like BBQ chicken and kebabs, along with rice, porotta, and curry options, offer a solid variety for groups or those wanting to explore diverse flavors in one sitting.

The atmosphere is low-key and attentive; the service is often handled by the people who run the place, adding a personal touch to the meal. It’s the kind of spot where the staff remembers repeat customers and takes care to make sure each dish arrives just right. Given its local roots and unhurried vibe, Al Hamoor suits diners who appreciate genuine home-style cooking without the polished frills of bigger restaurants.

Visitors looking for a straightforward, seafood-centric Kerala meal near Fujairah will find this place fitting. Lunchtime, especially midweek when it’s quieter, is ideal for settling into the courtyard and enjoying the locally inspired menu. Those visiting with friends or family will appreciate the flexibility in dishes and the ability to share plates, making it a good choice for small groups who enjoy tasting different flavors together.

I found this place on Instagram described as 'a hidden gem'....and I 100/ agree. An adorable courtyard, and 2 gentlemen serving and cooking that I imagine are the owners. It is local cuisine. We asked for fish and were given options of a sea bass or sea bream....both looked fresh and great so we agreed on both....they prepared it to an agreed liking. We asked for one to be more spicy. We had tea whilst we chatted before the fish arrived. It was delicious. Best food in Dibba by far! We had a great time relaxing and were never disturbed or felt rushed...totally tranquil. Decor it gorgeous...I took so many photos! What a wonderful find!

We had a wonderful experience at this Al hamoor restaurant we visited today. The ambience was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. Outdoor seating available. The staff were polite, attentive, and ensured we were comfortable throughout. The food was fantastic! We tried the grilled fish (Jesh), which was fresh and flavorful, which is sufficient for 4-5 adults. The kothuporotta was a highlight—soft and full of taste. The boasted chicken was also cooked perfectly, and packed with flavor. Tender coconut shake was also superb!
